Director of Clinical Compliance
Geoffrey Mohr is Director of Clinical Compliance at Indiana Center for Recovery. He assists clinical and operational staff with ensuring all aspects of a client’s care are provided within state and other regulatory guidelines by utilizing developmental and motivational frameworks to help staff strengthen and improve performance.Geoff holds clinical licensure as an LMHC and a licensed addictions counselor (LCAC) in Indiana. He enjoys traveling, theater, cuisine, and pets (specifically dogs).
Mike specializes in crisis prevention, risk management, and ensuring patient safety. He plays a critical role in managing our facilities and day to day operations of the staff. Mike’s experience in the field allows him to understand the inner workings of substance abuse facilities and excel at his position.
Jessica has been working in behavioral health services for over ten years and has a passionate dedication to this field. Her experience in different roles in the industry has made her an invaluable resource in the world of treatment and recovery. She works closely with the clinical department as well as assists with client transfers and discharges.
Dr. Michael Kane

Dr. Michael Kane is an award-winning graduate of the Indiana University School of Medicine and is board certified in family medicine and psychiatry. Dr. Kane chose to focus his decades of experience as a psychiatrist and family practitioner on those who suffered from addiction and mental health disorders.

April Dralle is a Registered Nurse who has specialized in Substance Use Disorder for six years. April excels at guiding a strong team of caring and dedicated nursing staff that focus on the patient’s best interest and well-being. April is committed and passionate about helping those with substance use disorders and mental health concerns.
Dawn Johnson is a psychiatric nurse practitioner with many years of experience in medicine. She has worked with a number of different facilities and partners and brings her experience to ICFR with care and commitment for her patients.
Brenton has worked for ICFR since 2018 and was one of the first ICFR Alumni. He has experience in psychology and nursing, as well as his own experience in recovery. He uses his expertise in this field to oversee case management and ensure quality patient care.
Nikolai received a Bachelor’s degree in religious studies and philosophy with a certificate in Central Eurasian Studies. He has been a student and practitioner of meditation for 25 years and worked in the field of addiction and treatment for years. He takes his life and career experience in the field to excel at managing outpatient services and ensuring quality patient care.
Colte Sanders is a therapist at the Indiana Center for Recovery. She received her Bachelors of Social Work and Bachelors in Criminal Justice at Indiana University. Colte has a Masters of Science in Social Work with an Alcohol and Drug Counseling Specialization from the University of Louisville.
Kiera Wilson is an experienced therapist who has helped hundreds of people recover from addiction. She earned her MSW from Smith College School for Social Work. Kiera is passionate about supporting people working through trauma and has been trained in EMDR.
Elise Headley is a licensed therapist with more than 15 years of experience. She earned a Master of Social Work degree from IUPUI in 2019 and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and Sociology from IU Bloomington in 2007. She finds her greatest personal fulfillment when her clients learn to move forward and live a healthy, safe, and productive manner.
Dustin graduated from Harrison College with a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice with a minor in Psychology. He worked as an Addiction Recovery Specialist within the Indiana Department of Corrections at the Indiana Women’s Prison for three years. Along with his education, he brings real-world experience and care to interactions with clients.

She has participated in the creation of programs that help bring recovery and healing to students, families, and people from all walks of life. Jacking is a valuable asset to our team and to those in our community seeking recovery.
After working as a behavioral health technician at ICFR, Colin was recognized for his ability to help patients get on the path to recovery and staying sober. Shortly after that, he was promoted to Alumni Director, where he makes himself available to anyone seeking recovery 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
