    Behavioral Health Technicians

    Support clients through day-to-day routines, monitor safety, and assist in treatment activities across detox and residential units.

    • No previous experience required
    • High school diploma or GED needed
    • Strong communication skills
    • Consistency and teamwork are essential
    • Background in recovery or mental health is a plus

    Therapists (Master’s Level or Licensed)

    Provide individual and group counseling, conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and support clients through recovery or stabilization.

    • Degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field required
    • Must hold or be pursuing Indiana licensure (LSW, LCSW, LMHC, LMFT)
    • Experience with addiction, trauma, or co-occurring disorders preferred

    Nurses (NP, RN, LPN, CNA)

    Administer medications, manage detox protocols, perform clinical assessments, and respond to patient needs in medical and psychiatric settings.

    • Must be licensed in Indiana and in good standing
    • Behavioral health or detox experience preferred
    • Strong attention to detail and patient care required

    Peer Recovery Coaches

    Guide clients through early recovery or the intake process with empathy, support, and accountability, often during high-stress situations.

    • Peer Recovery certification or lived experience preferred
    • Must communicate effectively, especially in crisis situations

    Group Facilitators

    Lead structured therapy or psychoeducational groups under clinical supervision. Engage clients in topics like coping skills, relapse prevention, emotional regulation, or recovery planning.

    • Master’s degree preferred, or relevant experience in behavioral health, recovery, or group work
    • Must be comfortable speaking in front of groups and following clinical curriculum

    Case Managers

    Help clients navigate non-clinical needs like FMLA paperwork, housing, employment, insurance, aftercare planning, and legal coordination—while ensuring accurate documentation and discharge support.

    • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
